Shipments and Returns

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment.  It is our policy to ship by the most economical carrier.  The majority of our shipments are delivered via parcel post with tracking.  Shipping fees include packing, handling and postage costs.

Before signing for any package, please inspect the package and it's contentsfor damage.  In the event of a problem, list any damage on the carrier's receipt and follow the carrier's instructions.  Contact us with any damage by e-mailing or calling us at or 601-407-1171.

If there has been an error in your shipment please call our customer service deptartment at the above number.  Together we will work out the details and get your shipment corrected.
